Willow and Alex have combined their expertise in nutrition and wellness to provide a service that educates and supports employees to make improved diet and lifestyle choices leading to a healthier, happier and more productive workplace.

With over a decade of experience working in corporate and creative industries, they understand only too well the challenges and pressures that working professionals face in their working life choices and personal wellbeing. Drawing on their first-hand experiences, they have been able to create a bespoke wellbeing offering to target the pitfalls that can prevent employees and consequently businesses from performing at their best.


        WHAT WE OFFER

  1. TASTER DAY
    An introduction to our services with key talks and a small amount of 1:1 coaching sessions.

  2. WELLBEING CHALLENGE

  3. A bespoke two or four-week program which can include:

  • Seminars & talks (discussing Gut Health, Stress, Female Cycle, Nutrition to name a few)

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Email engagement for wellness challenges and accountability

  • Breath-work and guided meditation sessions

  • Yoga and Pilates sessions

Their Workplace Wellbeing Programs are conducted over a two or four-week period, using a 360 holistic approach. This enables participants to understand their own individual needs with easy-to-digest information, whilst providing impactful tools to create long-lasting changes.
